Dr. Islam Hazem Moussa’s journey in plastic surgery began at Ain Shams University in Egypt, where he cultivated a deep passion for aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. His pursuit of excellence led him to specialize in advanced plastic and reconstructive microsurgery at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain.
Over the years, he has trained and practiced at some of the most prestigious medical institutions across Europe, including Hospital de Sant Pau in Barcelona, Spain, Gent University Hospital, UZ Gent, Brussels, Belgium, and Toloo Hospital in Helsinki, Finland.
He is dedicated to delivering natural, harmonious results with a focus on ethics and transparency.

Under the supervision of Dr. Sinikka Suominen MD. professor of plastic surgery, it was a great exposure to all different kinds of free flaps like LD, DIEP, SIEA, ALT, TMG, TFL, medical sural artery free flap, plus some aesthetic surgeries like breast reduction, lift, and body lift.
Dr. Islam had an active role in all the surgical cases, in addition to participating in the outpatient clinics, and he used to attend the clinical rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
Furthermore, he had the opportunity to participate in publishing an innovative technique for reconstruction of the external auditory meatus using paraumbilical perforator flap: PARAUMBILICAL PERFORATOR FLAP for RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITORY MEATUS

Under the supervision of Dr Philip Blondeel MD, professor of plastic surgery. Dr. Islam had the opportunity to observe and assist in some of the free flaps surgeries like DIEP, SCIA, scapular and parascapular flaps, lumbar artery perforator flaps, SGAP and IGAP flaps, plus some aesthetic surgeries like breast reduction and lift.
It was his first time to see their well known superolateral technique for breast reduction and Tonnard technique in Face lift.

It is a pure aesthetic practice including all kinds of surgical and non-surgical techniques. The head of the department was Dr Hexor Cruz MD. American board certified plastic surgeon. After that was Dr Reza Nabavian American board certified.
Surgical procedures include face, eye, and nose surgeries, body contouring surgeries, breast reduction, augmentation, and lift, plus body contouring surgeries after massive weight loss, plus office procedures like skin tumors excision.
Non-surgical procedures like skin injectables and laser treatment are a big part of the practice also.
